Brian Dodd, President and CEO.

Mr. Dodd has over 25 years of experience developing software for storage management and high-performance computing systems.  Mr. Dodd is Co-Founder and President/CEO of Data Storage Group (DSG), Inc..  DSG develops high performance source-based deduplication backup and digital continuity solutions sold as branded solutions by Lenovo, Quantum and Tandberg Data.  Previously, he was responsible for leading the engineering teams in designing, developing VERITAS Software’s Hierarchical Storage Management (HSM) products. He was also responsible for leading the co-development efforts of the Remote Storage Services (HSM) technology with Microsoft Corporation. During his time at Cray Research, Mr. Dodd led the region-wide US Department of Energy Applications Support teams responsible for developing and optimizing applications for massively parallel computing systems. He has patents issued in the US and other countries for work in data compression, deduplication and storage.  He holds a BS in Applied Geophysics from UCLA and has received numerous awards for his accomplishments in scientific computing from IBM and Cray Research.

Mike Moore, Executive Vice President and CTO.

Mr.Moore, Co-Founder, has over 20 years of experience developing enterprise software for storage network systems and management applications. He has specialized in storage management application development for the Microsoft Windows platforms with a vision to provide access to data within archival systems with end-user transparency. He has held various senior engineering positions with VERITAS Software, ASG Software Solutions (formerly Dirig Software), and Convergys (formerly CBIS). Most recently, Mr. Moore helped to deliver the VERITAS Data Lifecycle Manager product and key software components for WinINSTALL LE and Remote Storage Services technology embedded into Windows 2003 Operating Systems. He has patents issued in the US and other countries for work in data compression, deduplication and storage.  He holds a BS in Computer Science from Truman State University.
